Was not very active yesterday, plus, extra snacks. Will be active again today, but will not be cycling in to work at 8 degrees and predicted 5 inches of snow.
165.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
