I'm disappointed that I only lost 1.5 pounds this week, but I know I've gained muscle weight. I've stuck to my Atkins style diet & awesome exercise routine 100%, so the only thing it could be is water and/or muscle. We'll see how next week goes!
189.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
