The Chardonnay Diet.
No breakfast.
No lunch.
1-2 glasses of Chardonnay around 2-5 pm.
If you were hungry, the BUZZ will KILL the hunger pangs.
You won’t care that you were hungry!
Dinner at around six. Plate is 3/4 lean protein with a salad or steamed veggies. OR
a salad plate with grilled shrimp, chicken or steak.
No sugar. No grains. No pasta. No dairy. No bread. No chips. No candy. No soda. No cake. No ice cream. Etc. THE GYM 5X a week.
IT WORKS.
213.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 63.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.8 lb a week
