Treating myself to a couch potato day - no exercise yesterday as I spent all Saturday in 'Mom's taxi"...
Today i just want to relax and watch some football - hopefully this will not involve trips to the refrigerator... haha
145.0 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
