Temporary Hiccup...probably water retention, but when one weighs daily, the scale will not show losses every single day, even when our eating and exercise plans are followed....ONWARD, FS Warriors...even now is the time to start "gearing up" for our weekend battles. Thanks to EVERYONE for your valuable support. :)
362.9 lb Lost so far: 11.1 lb.    Still to go: 122.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Great attitude! You are right about water retention. You probably ate something yesterday with more sodium and that's why.And really-that's not even a gain! If I weighed myself daily, I would jump off a cliff. Your weight fluctuates so much from day to day. But everyone is different and you obviously have found the right path for you! Keep up the great work-a great weekend to you and all our FS "warriors"-lol! Thank you for all your support and positive vibes!!
