Yayyy!! That was unexpected seeing i havnt been able to break the 64 point for months! I stopped counting calories and just seriously upped my running and exercise and made a concious effort to eat healthy, with small dinners. Happy!!
141.5 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
