Yesterday I ran 5K on treadmill, weights and swam and today I am up 2 pounds - thought for sure I would have finally broken plateau - had no idea I was going to go in the opposite direction!!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Forgive the crudeness, but have you peed much since then? It might be that your body (for whatever reason) is retaining water. I find that happens to me a lot...I'll work my butt off one day and gain weight, only to have it suddenly come tumbling back off a couple days later, with additional weight taken with it. Don't get discouraged! Give it a couple of days and keep chugging water! You're doing great...so close to your goal!!!

Sometimes those weights will add water, not to worry, I'm sure it will drop right off. BTW, great workout!!!

Thanks for the good advice - water is definitely a priority! I'm hoping you're right - I haven't had the hard a workout in ages so hopefully its just my body saying "Whoa!!!" haha
