I'm mostly sober bow, only drinking on Friday/Saturdays.
I haven't been to the gym for 2 weeks, and I haven't been on my bicycle either.
But I did build a raised garden bed, with 2 more planned to come.
Summer mania is coming on hard and I have trouble staying asleep for more than a few hours at a time.
229.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 45.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
