This stress from work is really getting to me. I have to get over it and move forward.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

A cup of herb tea and some exercise helps also a bit of cooking and a good dinner. At least it helps me. If I have some wine or a couple beers I ended up mentally punishing myself=== additional stress.
