I'm really anxious right now cause morning is surgery time again. I have surgery on my left leg on the tendons that are split. Don't know too much about what he's going to do but i know i won't be able to do anything for at least 2 weeks. That is going to be the worst. I can't do much now because of the pain but i can still do it when i can get through the pain, now i won't be able to because the tendon has to heal and i can't do much at all with my leg. Not the way the first part of the year is supposed to start. I am excited about my weight going in the right direction again, down, lol, Thank you everyone for your support.
287.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 107.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Do your physical therapy as they instruct.. tendons take awhile to heal and pushing too hard can harm. Been there... on crutches over a year after mine.

Hi Lady! I hope that you are feeling better from the surgery. Don't pressure yourself too much right now. Your body needs healthy foods to heal! Please let me know if your surgery has helped you, because I have a split tendon too! I'm cheering you on, as far as the weight loss is concerned! We can do it, right? smile Ann

The word is healthy... eat good nutrient dense foods, the good nutrition will help you heal. Rest and follow the docs orders, hope your pain is gone after the healing process.
