Finally broke the 382 plateau I was on last week.
Thanks to ALL of you who take the time and effort to
encourage me AND all of the other FS Warriors. Your
affirmations are a great blessing !!!!!!!!
377.5 lb Lost so far: 97.5 lb.    Still to go: 137.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
