Just glad it’s not worse
178.0 lb Lost so far: 59.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey Buenita! So sweet of you to stop by! I’m still here, just keeping quiet while trying to figure out why I’m stuck. Still tracking and getting moderate exercise with No real progress for weeks now. But I Have so much to be thankful for, including my FS friends. Blessings to you and I hope you are doing well!
