I worked out a lot yesterday. Hope I can keep the fat off this week. I found a great deal at a new gym, https://operationcombatboots.com/ has worked out a deal to get veterans free gym memberships. They have an assload of equipment, no waiting in line to use the machines. The don't have the old nautilus lat machine I like, but they have enough other equipment.
209.7 lb Lost so far: 22.3 lb.    Still to go: 25.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
