gooooooood morning...took sunday off to refocus on what ive been trying to achieve for so long now...almost 4 years and although the weight has came off an for the most part stayed off...ive decided its time to focus once again on what i eat and mabye ...just maybe...my body will react and get with the program once again..an shed more weight...seems like i get down to 290 or ther abouts an my body just doesnt want to turn lose of any extra weight...i keep tellin myslf its water weight, and some days it is...but i also think that even though i think my workouts are great...its probably time to start a new workout of some kind....they have a jacobs ladder at the gym an a stair climber machine that i really hate...but tomow is a new day and its time to challenge this ole body more...even if they are short workouts, need to challenge my body and get a routine started with something new...something that will challenge my body an cause me to burn more calories then i take in....well....heres to a new start...with a new goal to head towards....
