Week 185 Happy and not surprised with the weight gain. A Week with a birthday and going away for the weekend not surprised it is more. Onwards and downwards! 😀👍

172.5 lb Lost so far: 138.5 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
