30 days without alcohol.
Insomnia sucks.
I make sure I eat a cup of cottage cheese before bed so my stomach doesn't keep me awake, but I know it's related to my sobriety.
I have an appointment with my VA doctor for 2 weeks from now. I'll ask for something to help me sleep. Hopefully it won't make my head cloudy in the morning.
213.2 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good job on the alcohol. When I eat on plan I usually have more trouble sleeping. LOL.
