EXCELLENT progress the last 2 days.

I'm having a refeed day. I'll track my food intake as much as practical, but I'll probably eat food that my wife prepares, which isn't in the database, and I might not weigh it.
212.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
