goooooood mornin...cut grass yesterday afternoon...weather forcast says rain starting sunday thru wed of next week...so guess rain is back again...geeez...just cant seem to get the grass caught up this summer...needless to say gettin to the gym hasnt been that good this week...just been to tired to get up an go...been waking up before alarm clock, but after gettin up just didnt think going would be a benefit an have layed back down an went back to sleep...my mind tried to talk my body into going this morning...but soon gave up an just went back to sleep as well...was on scales...weight is up...but i know its from all the water i drank after coming inside yesterday afternoon...before i drank it ..weight was down...i got on scales to see...lol..water plays so much in weigh ins...heat index next few days as well...so the plan is to get in the gym tomow morning an get back into the habit....just paid for this month...an need to be gettin use outta my membership...usually this time of year im just doing morning walks...i usually quit the gym in march an get my exercise outside early in the morning before it starts to get to hot...this year i decided to stay thru the year just to see if i would be more faithful at exercise...right now im not..but i kno im payin for a membership ...so mabye that will make a difference....well...need to get on the floor an do ab crunches at least....
293.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yep dishing out money for the gym would make you want to go if only to get your money's worth..I am such a germaphobic I cannot even think of going to a gym..The thought of sitting on a seat that someone else has sweated on or touching the handles where someone might have had a cold and didn't wash their hands just makes chills run down my back..I don't know where that came from unless its when I get a cold it last me over a month to get over it..Have a great day buddy......Bren
