One battle at a time is sometimes enough, you will beat both

Giving up smoking is well worth giving up the blue line for a little while.

Congratulations to winning the battle against cigarettes first of all! That's something big! You're strong! Now continue with the other battles. We all believe in you. 💪💕👍🏻😊

Congratulations on quitting smoking! How long has it been now? I know this is still fairly new for you. Don't try to put too much on yourself at once.

Keep moving forward and remember, your body/ mind is trying to replace the cigarette craving with something else. It will get better, just be aware of what's going into your body..🙏💜

Keep on pushing forward. You got this!

That's ok and temporary - When you feel comfortable that you've kicked the smoking thing, then you can refocus on your food. You got this!

Thank you all for your moral support💙 My 'Quit Date' for smokes was Dec. 1st. The problem is...that when I felt like snacking (in the past) I'd go have a smoke instead. I'm experimenting with different strategies to substitute for both snacking/smoking...I'd appreciate any suggestions 🤗💪🙏

BTW...I haven't 'slipped' even once. I have a sticky note up that says N.O.P.E. = Not One Puff Even/Ever

👍 N.O.P.E. Toss the ashtrays. If you have one in the car, put money in it. Try one of those exercise balls to keep your hands busy (strengthens fingers, too). Make a list of all the crap in cigarettes that get stuck in your lungs. (I don't mean to be harsh Crystal, I want you to live long and happy enjoying your family) :-)
