Yesterday wa a good day.
I followed the diet 100% and only got hungry late in the day.
The last 3 days I've been ~1000 calories short of my energy output.
The first couple weeks I was getting back into healthy habits.
Last week was the first 10lb weight loss, which comes easy.
Next week is strengthening the healthy habits.
It will be a few weeks before I can lift like I was last June, and I need to do the physical therapy exercises along with the lifting, calisthenics and cardio.
Overall, I'm very happy with my progress so far.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
