There's not that much to go before reaching my goal... Did some more cardio and then some lower-body strength training exercises. I'm finally able to wear my size 34 pants again, though lol. If I can get below 173, I'll be the lightest I've been in over 3 years. I really want to be able to wear my size 32 jeans again. :V
