Ran/walked 5k on the treadmill yesterday - 35 minutes.
Kids back to school - love my crock pot! Nothing easier
than throwing chicken and veg in some tomato sauce and
fat free broth - kids love it with brown rice!!
143.2 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
