Just trying to stay the same. Not counting calories on the weekend and basically eating whatever, hitting the gym three times a week and counting calories during the week. Seems to be working..
176.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
