Back home from trip. Had the most amazing time - managed to lose a couple pounds as well so i couldn't be more pleased. Japanese eat really healthy - you don't see any heavy people. You could really spot us in a crowd!
143.6 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
