honestly this is the hardest day I've ever had about Wright. generally its always been about how I look. how I feel about how I look. but today everything's been hard. I'm uncomfortable in my car. I'm too big for it.. a weird feeling. my pants squish my fat up and it hurts in a new way. it's hard to breathe all the time and I'm not 100% sure why. my chest is heavy. my breast hurt due to swelling. right now i don't car at all how I look.. but I hurt physically. it's a new and weird feeling for me. I think... I long to stop hurting more than I long for the numb that the sweets and the food brings. What an overwhelming feeling.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We’ve all had that “wake up moment,” some more than once. Today is the day you retake control of your eating and exercise habits. Every few pounds will help you feel better, less uncomfortable, and closer to your weight goals. Make it, log it, eat it, as one successful dieter here has said. All the best to you.
