Struggling for the motivation to work out tonight after a PR on bench on Thursday that got me pumped and made me push even harder the rest of the workout followed by a brutal leg day yesterday with a huge PR on squats I'm beat. I made it into the gym now I just need to get off my phone and get to work 😄 but thats easier said then done right now. Rest day tommorow wohooooo

Your right Bananas but I'm going to do what I'm not very good at and I'm going to listen to my body and skip today and hit it hard tommorow morning. Going to be horrible weather all day and I'm not going anywhere till the evening just makes more sense to give it max effort tommorow than half assed effort tonight but I do appreciate the motivational support!

Me skipping tonight is actually a form of progress haha I've been overtraining and not necessarily listening to my body as well as I should be.

Sundays are my usual rest day, too. I limit my exercise to a little bit of walking and then 20 minutes of stretching. Very relaxing while watching a movie, and IMO, key to injury prevention as I age. Plus I just really enjoy it. Have a great evening, OTB!
