Holiday flood gates opened at Thanksgiving. Got to get back at it. Drinking is part of it. Need to be more cautious and maybe drink only on weekends. Also, avoided the scale since Thanksgiving. Daily weigh ins are the way to go even though they seem to make me crazy. I had considered only a weekly weigh in, but daily weight ins and tracking are what work for me. Trying to track my food EVERY DAY in Dec.
