Finally on a down hill trend - trying something new since I peaked on 11/19/22. Nothing like a new all time high weight to get you re-motivated to loose weight. So far so good and I've stopped snacking because I'm not hungry. I took measurements yesterday so I had something to compare to on Jan 1st. December is going to be my month!
