have no idea why I'm up maybe its sodium or the keto bread I'm still in ketosis oh well tomorrow a new day
191.6 lb Lost so far: 38.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I do an Animal-based diet. Keto made me an insomniac and I was constantly drinking chicken broth. it does not work for everyone. I do 80 percent meat (beef, chicken, bacon, tuna, salmon, including eggs here, but they are not meat). 5 percent dairy (butter, whole milk, a bit of cheese). 3 percent vegetables. 12 percent fruit (keep in mind that fruit includes tomatoes, avocados, bell peppers) No seeds, no nuts, no potatoes, no grains. I feel better and dropped a lot of weight. However, some of it was water, so I will not say how much. (20 lbs in the last 3 months;)
