Considering the numbers I have been seeing (but not posting) for the past month, this is a victory. Hoping that I exchanged a few ounces of fat for muscle somewhere since I did get to the gym more. Fitting into some smaller pants lately so that’s good and I’ll take it. Carry on, friends.
181.6 lb Lost so far: 55.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
