Slept like a baby last night out cold by 9pm 😃 1 week to catch back up on sleep before I'm back at it again. Still doing good on my daily deficit. The scale might be bouncing but some fat is slowly dissipating

gwzfire nope just got to nip the little bit I put back on at the bud before that little becomes a litle more than a little more then a little more. I promise I won't go too far

Is it something in the air? I slept for 8.5 hours and woke up so late (8 a.m.) that I launched out of bed feeling guilty like I did something wrong! 😯
