HAPPY HUMP DAY!!!
If you aren't humping one way or another, you better get to it! ;) Lol.

But seriously. The end of Wednesday is my reflection as to how my week will end. I hope you've all done well. When getting a weight loss program, most people including me, learn countless diets, weight loss tricks, exercises ad nauseam. We probably have PHD's as to how a sugar molecule is broken down before we even start a diet or training program! Am I right or wrong about this? Hmmmm...think about yourself right now. :)

I've had many wonderful mentors in my life including the Big guy with huge teeth who said I could walk on coals without burning my feet. Well...he was right and I actually did it 3 times. But my most wonderful mentor who inspired me the most because of his humble upbringing and down to earth persona told me something one day as we were watching the Angels and the Tigers play a baseball game. We were discussing all the great tools and education for people of any business field and he told me this, what he said to me, can related to anything in life. It sounds so simple but it's so true and I think about it every time I learn something new. He said...

EDUCATION...WITHOUT APPLICATION...IS WORSE THAN WORTHLESS!

Why learn something if you don't apply it?

Have a great day people!

AND HEY...I LOST 1.4 pounds and 1.2 pounds from my goal of under 200! I almost forgot to mention it.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 68.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.8 lb a week
