Morning complaint session ...All I want to do is eat and eat and eat and lay on the couch the past 2 days have really taken a toll on me already. 🙁

Crazy hours, lack of sleep and no real 'me-time' going on for about a week 😫😵🤪All I can say is keep preplanned nutrition food/drinks at the ready always AND having an 'end' date is very helpful for sanity 👍 When things get back on track I think there's a conversation with JustBananas, something about splitting wood and building and veggie garden, all kinds of fun outdoor stuff! (Started using a cool/warm eye mask to help get body trained for sleep-time. Setting up a few 'rituals' are helping with sleep/relazing). See ya when I can :-)

Happy Sunday, OTB! Would probably avoid the eat-eat-eating unless it's just a bowlful of grapes, but couch stuff is chill, especially if you spend it cuddling with the fam.

Insanity burns about 370 calories per hour and so does ironing clothes and you can so do both and burn over 700 in one hour - you can always end that kind of "workout" when you get called for work - until then - it is all just CO. Win Win.

LivinBreezy I have been doing ok food wise nothing off plan but I have eaten more than I would like to be eating calorie wise. I started my dat at 630amyesterday and ended it around 1120 pm. Deffintly ate half a sleeve of rice cakes when I got home but other than that been pretty good.

JustBananas happy Sunday 😃 spent the day doing very little. I ate alot this morning but all on plan and under budget so far. I. Summoning the motivation and strength to try to workout tonight.

Hey Otb, don't underestimate the toll mental fatigue has on the body, you've been working hard, and with the stress that can bring, listen to your body and take a well-deserved rest without guilt.

Jergens123 thanks for the ideas it's such a crap shoot on how the oncalls go. the guy last week got called out once all week. ive gotten 5 calls in two days so far and I've been. out really late both nights. just too tired right now to do anything but I did well last time around prioritizing certain exercises to make sure i can get them done and drop everything and leave if need be. we will see how the rest of this week and next week go hoping it calms down.

Here's the question of the day... do we put some money under my son's pillow and hope he doesn't find his tooth that we think we knocked of the counter at some point today? Or do we ask if he knows where it is incase he took it 😄 🤔 🤷.
