Gained a fraction, no surprise given yesterday's large loss. Kept the calories low and had plenty of exercise, but didn't sleep too well. More of the same today plus Gym..
183.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
