Total blow out week. No lie - I binged EVERY day. Not good. Feel like shite now. But decided to face the music and start afresh today. Here goes nothing.
121.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
