That's the weirdest gain in a day. I did workout, both weights and road bike yesterday, but I was hungry af in the evening. I harvested the most fragrant cantaloupe from my garden and ate half of it with a cup of cottage cheese, so lots of sugar, replenished my glycogen. I think that helped my muscles hold water and the huge amount of protein I ate over the day repaired the muscle fibers. I've had 3.4 lb daily losses this week, I can handle a 3.5lb daily gain. I still want to bring my bodyfat down, sop I'll keep cycling and lifting.
