I'm horrified. On Monday I barely had any water (I don't know why) and by Tuesday, I was drinking all my water again and my body must have held onto it, and I gained six pounds. SIX. I thought this was simply water weight that would disappear over a few days, but I have been in the 166-167 range ever since. I'm feeling so discouraged and I don't know what to do. My diet isn't perfect but I HAVE been able to lose weight the way I have been doing things for months, so this feels like a slap in the face. I'm going to use about.com's Calorie Count as well to see if this is a nutrition or carb issue. I can't believe I have gained this much. I hope to be back to 163 by next week. Blah.
On the bright side, this gain is a huge reality check and is making me take note of everything I'm eating and my nutrition!
