Back continues to be stiff, wearing a brace and using a hot water bottle for now. Hopefully, will be able to return to exercise program next week but for now will just use caution and do what I can to allow back to quiet down. Will continue to restrict calories until begin to gain weight and then adjust ..
188.3 lb Lost so far: 6.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
