Yay .. Broke the plateau.. Going to the 5 small meals instead of three seems to be helping .. Gym day today.. Staying with the two protein bars, one at 10-10:30 and one at 3:00..
192.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
