Stayed the same, good exercise but a bit too much salt yesterday .. so another flat day. Added two protein bars, one in morning, one in early afternoon to keep the body burning.. Will see how it helps
193.1 lb Lost so far: 1.9 lb.    Still to go: 17.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
