Dom Dom Dom Dom DOMSsssss wow legs and chest are both feeling it hard today. I've been holding alot of water in my abdomen area since last weeks poor eating but all that water weight must have moved to my legs overnight. way more definition in the abs today. got a great workout in yesterday morning, I wish I could do am workouts everyday but I go in to work way too early to lift before work Instead of after. Ate under my calorie goal , macros were good, activity level was good, heart rate dropped again a few points closer to normal. everything moving in the right direction again 😃
151.0 lb Lost so far: 49.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
