Incredibly annoying day. Dentist did his best but abscess remains, will treat with antibiotics and if that doesn't help, surgery. Unfortunately, means little to no sleep, keep waking up, and little food, with no exercise.. Oh well, the weight still seems to be dropping..
192.7 lb Lost so far: 2.3 lb.    Still to go: 16.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
