I am 56 and have been fat my whole life Tried and failed many many "diets" now I am on a low carb high fat life style. In the past 9 days I have lost 7.2 lbs
270.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 120.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
