Going to be a rough day. Toothache with Dentist appt this afternoon. Ibuprofen and Sage mouthwash to keep it half asleep till then. Will skip any exercise today until after visit, if possible.
193.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
