went to doctor today got weighed in at 185 but my scales say 178 so who to believe ... oh well im going ioff my meds so maybe that will help me to start losing sure do hope so ... wish me luck ...
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
