Well, here I am 10lbs heavier than when I started. I know I can get back on track-just need that motivation to go out walking again! With fall approaching, and the cool weather coming-that should help with the exercise. Now if I could just stop the night eating...no more tortilla chips!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.1 lb a week
