After a week in deep ketosis I grabbed weight. My macros were perfect. ugh.
125.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1308 kcal Fat: 98.35g | Prot: 44.30g | Carb: 73.19g.   Breakfast: Pictsweet Steam'ables Cut Leaf Spinach, Jalapeno Peppers, Avocados. Lunch: Kroger Baby Carrots, Planters Walnut Pieces, Blue Diamond Lightly Salted Almonds, Kraft Twist-Ums Mozzarella and Cheddar String Cheese. Dinner: Athenos Feta Cheese, Burgerville Litehouse Homestyle Ranch Dressing, Radish, Baby Spinach. Snacks/Other: Raspberries, Daisy Sour Cream, Graze Crackin Black Pepper Cashews, Atkins Advantage Caramel Double Chocolate Crunch Bar, McDonald's Premium Roast Coffee (Large). more...
