Wellllllllll, this afternoon is my cheat meal. I'm using it for bridal shower cupcake testing for my daughter. Yes, I'll take a nibble of each, no I'm not going to spit it out. I'll probably end up with a sugar high and then crash into bed. Lols. We'll see what it does to the scale tomorrow. Sometimes you just have to Live Mas!
179.2 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 44.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
