Adding matcha tea to my daily regimen. We'll see how that goes.
182.7 lb Lost so far: 21.3 lb.    Still to go: 47.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

is Matcha tea just green tea or is there more to it? I like jasmine tea which is green tea with jasmine in it also

Green tea and matcha are good for weight loss. However, matcha and green tea don't contain equal amounts of the nutrients, amino acids, and antioxidants that give them these special properties. Matcha is significantly more potent, which also means that matcha is better for weight loss. So that's the google blurb. I did compare them side by side and 1 serving of matcha equals 10 cups of green tea. I do like home brewed green tea with lemon (no sweetener) and replaced my diet snapple. But when I did the math, I decided to switch to matcha. If you do, ceremonial grade matcha is for drinking (regular or ingredient matcha is for use in recipes). I'm trying new things to get to Goal more quickly and effortlessly!!
