Had cheese last night, and apparently that keeps me from progress, will need to make sure that I plan ahead a little better, I ended up in a situation last night where I got too hungry and was extremely limited on options. I know I ended up too high on my macro ratios for carb. Oh well.
244.1 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 64.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I doubt it was the cheese. Cheese is great for weight loss (unless you eat way too much). You are losing weight like crazy. It's more likely your body is adjusting to the weight loss. We don't lose every day. But you are losing at a great clip. So keep doing what your doing, but realize it will slow down eventually to a couple pounds a week (less for some of us).
